SoulCollage is accessible art that allows the participant to uncover their own inherent wisdom. SoulCollage provides a method to journey inside using guided meditation, imagery, and creative writing to experience a shift in perspective. All you have to do is show up and open yourself to being curious about the process and yourself. All card making materials will be provided. At the end of the experience you will have 1-2 cards to take home to continue to reflect upon. Theme to be announced.

We are grateful to be hosting our first out-of-town guest at the Center! Amanda Caps is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate working at Pivotal Center in Normandy Park, WA. In her work, Amanda loves to work with teens, couples, and most especially anyone grappling with too many should's in their life. Amanda grew up in the wilds of Alaska; which definitely altered her view of the world. She has a passion for travel and goes on foreign adventures as often as possible. She has lived in Seattle since 2004 and loves exploring new parks with her Great Dane, Stella and daughter, as well as sailing and fly-in camping with her husband.
