Jennifer is so excited to be a part of the LEM community ♡ She has had many amazing jobs including being an individual and family therapist, a social, emotional, wellness liaison, a parent coach and mom to three amazing teenagers. She enjoys working in ways that connect us to each other and she is currently spazzing out about positive neuroplasticity, the brain/body connection and mindfulness. Jennifer walks us through riding our emotional waves. Having awareness of what we can control and what we cannot and how we can choose to respond. Jennifer helps us recognize internal and external resources for regulating stress. She also asks us to consider physical sensations we notice with stress. Awareness helps in the midst of stress!
