What an exciting treat! Qi gong pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Our healer, Sarah, master of TCM, is our teacher for this event. She will use TCM and Qi Gong to guide us in learning the role of the eyes in TCM and how we can support having clear perception in our lives. We will utilize a series of Qi Gong exercises that promote inner and outer vision.
Join Kathy and Amy for an abstract discussion about the hot topic of self care and ALL its meanings! They will put together what they consider their own necessities with a virtual self care kit and then provide thought provoking chatter to prompt you to create your very own! This time of year many people feel BUSY! It is time to slow down and find deeper meaning and self care time!
