Kathy Speaks At Vantalks 2022!

VanTalks is a Vancouver based inspirational event with local speakers.  Our very own Kathy Carlisle has made the cut and will be speaking at this years October event!  The theme is Beyond Change!  Click here for the VanTalks site.  Multiple Sclerosis brought her to the door of change. What she didn’t expect was that there was a choice to be made. Beyond change was the invitation into transformation.

What an exciting treat!  Qi gong pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.  Our healer, Sarah, master of TCM, is our teacher for this event.  She will use TCM and Qi Gong to guide us in learning the role of the eyes in TCM and how we can support having clear perception in our lives. We will utilize a series of Qi Gong exercises that promote inner and outer vision.
