As we cycle through life we also cycle through the moons. Folklore describes the feminine cycles within the story of Snow White. These archetypes symbolize each phase in the cycle. This is an invitation to be mindful of where you are at in your cycle each month. How do YOU feel, what do you notice? Can you see the archetypes below in your patterns?

Human Design: Focus on the throat with Ruth!

Enneagram With Maria

Our dearest mentor Maria from Brazil taught Kathy and Amy about the oldest form of Enneagram. This varies from the current 21st century version a bit but remains a wonderful system to help find compassion, tolerance, and acceptance for ourselves and others. The version taught here is that developed by wiseman Claudio Naranjo, a Chilean psychiatrist exposed to the Enneagram through Ichazo and then brought the Enneagram into the modern psychological tradition.

Kathy and Amy love to discuss this concept of pain x resistance = suffering. Here they discuss this concept and bring mindfulness into the mix. Amy first learned this equation through the work of Shauna Shapiro, PhD.
