Amy runs a Lifestyle Medicine clinic for cardiac patients to guide them in using food as medicine, stress reduction and mindfulness techniques.  She is passionate about food! Amy also is ever expanding her knowledge of healing with stones, essential oils, and herbs.
“Remember that wherever your heart is, there you will find your treasure.  Listen to your heart.  It knows all things, because it came from the Soul of the World, and it will one day return there.”
