Qi Gong for the eyes With Sarah!

What an exciting treat! Qi gong pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Our healer, Sarah, master of TCM, is our teacher for this class. She uses TCM and Qi Gong to guide us in learning the role of the eyes and how we can support having clear perception in our lives. We utilize a series of Qi Gong exercises that promote inner and outer vision.
